Barron’s Conference Keynote Led by David B. Armstrong, CFA

Barron's 2019 Independent Summit

Stepping onto the stage, once again, at Barron’s March 2019 Independent Summit in Salt Lake City was our very own President and Co-Founder David B. Armstrong, CFA!  This time, Dave’s role was to interview former SEC Commissioner, Michael Piwowar during the closing keynote.

Not just anyone gets interviewing privileges at the conference, but after ranking as a #1 speaker of breakout sessions at a previous Barron’s conference, it was no surprise that Dave would lead yet again. As an outspoken critic of the financial industry, Dave captured the attention of the crowd bringing client and advisor struggles and the future of the industry to the forefront of the conversation.

This summit features perspectives from some of the top advisors in the country on how to best work with clients and run an advisory business. These highly ranked advisors have the opportunity to share their thoughts on wide-ranging topics with peers and hear from leading practitioners in the industry.

Summits like this help our Team continue to learn, grow and collaborate, so that we can become not just skilled advisors, but keener thinkers, creative problem solvers and better humans.

Acting on these values is what allows our Team to continue on our path of development and success, to be known as a leader in our industry and to provide an extraordinary wealth management experience for our clients.
