Monument Wealth Management is proud to announce that Emily M. Harper, CFP® has been named a winner of the Family Wealth Alliance (FWA) 2026 Young Professionals Award.
The FWA Young Professionals Awards recognize professionals under age 40 (as of January 1, 2026) in the family wealth industry for their career achievement and contributions to the field. Nominees are put forward by a supervisor, mentor, client, or colleague (self-nominations are not accepted) and are evaluated by a panel of third-party judges across five categories: Client-Centric Approach, Firm Impact, Leadership & Potential, Professional Achievement, and Personal Qualities. FWA states that these criteria are equally weighted, with the overall score calculated through a computerized scoring system.
Since entering the industry at T. Rowe Price in 2012 and then joining Monument in 2017, Emily has focused on building deep, lasting relationships with client families and guiding them through some of the most complex decisions of their financial lives, from estate planning to multigenerational legacy. She became a partner at Monument Wealth Management in 2021, and in 2025 stepped into an even broader role as the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer — leading strategic initiatives and driving the innovations that let our team deliver more personalized, higher-touch advice as we grow.
“The older I get, the more I realize that the best milestones are really a reflection of the people around you,” said Harper. “This profession has given me the opportunity to build incredible relationships with clients, colleagues, and friends who continue to shape the way I think and lead. That’s the part of the work I’ll always value most.”
Emily will be recognized at FWA’s 2026 Summer Gathering.
