This marks the Fifth Consecutive Year Monument Wealth Management has been Named One of Washington Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work!”

Monument Wealth Management has, for the fifth year in a row, been named one of the “Best Places to Work” by Washington Business Journal.

Nominated businesses meeting criteria for location and company size were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum Workplace. The 25 top-rated companies in three size categories — small, medium and large—and 10 extra-large companies are honored by the Washington Business Journal as the 2017 “Best Places to Work.”

When asked about how Monument grew to be a “Best Place to Work,” President and Co-Founder Dean J. Catino, CFP®, CPWA®, responds, “Monument began with an outstanding Team — our success is directly linked to a culture of collaboration and accountability that thrives on delivering excellence to our clients.”

Along with Monument’s feature in Washington Business Journal’s 2013 to 2017 “Best Places to Work” rankings, Monument made Entrepreneur’s 2016 Entrepreneur360 list, was featured in Research Magazine’s 2012 article, “A Cool Place to Work: How Advisory Firms Are Attracting, Retaining Top Employees,” and was named a 2013 Washingtonian “Small Gem,” among other awards.

A Few Reasons Why We Are One of The Best Places to Work

We love our dog mascots!  We often have at least three dogs in the office once or twice a week to keep us company. They even got their own video! Check out “Dear Human” to see all of the puppy eye stares and tail wagging we receive on a weekly basis.

Financial Planning Intern, Jeffrey Thomas explains, “From an intern’s perspective, I think Monument is the best place to work because of the company’s culture. The office is a very open, collaborative, modern, and innovative. Everyone participates and gives input into what is happening and what is best for our clients. Personally, Monument has ‘invested’ in me in a way that I did not expect. They helped me to further learn and develop within the financial planning industry.”
