David B. Armstrong, CFA Presents Actionable Steps on “Empowering Your Team” at the 2015 Barron’s Top Advisory Teams Summit.

Each year, Barron’s holds a Top Advisory Teams Summit for financial advisory industry leaders around the nation.  This year, the Summit will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, from Wednesday, February 4th to Friday, February 6th.

Monument Wealth Management’s President and Co-Founder, David B. Armstrong, CFA, has been a speaker at various Barron’s conferences, as well as many other financial conferences, over the years.  After the honor of ranking as the top speaker (chosen by session attendees) in last year’s Top Advisory Teams Summit, he has once again been asked back to present on corporate culture.

Armstrong is often sought after to speak on corporate culture since the Monument Team has been recognized as excelling in this area.  Monument was proud to be awarded one of the 2013 and 2014 Washington Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work,” a 2013 Washingtonian “Small Gem,” and was featured in a 2012 Research Magazine article, “A Cool Place to Work.”

At this year’s Top Advisory Teams Summit, Armstrong’s session will be focused on “Empowering Your Team: How to Set Annual Strategic Goals and Objectives.”   Armstrong plans to go through the Annual Strategic Goals and Objectives process that the Monument Team runs each year, and will provide plenty of actionable tips that other advisors and team leaders will be able to implement with their teams.

Armstrong’s session will begin on Thursday morning, February 5th, at 9:25 am, and will take place in Grand Ballroom 2 at the Bellagio.

David B. Armstrong, CFA, and the Monument Wealth Management Team continue to seek out and accept invitations for conferences, studies, and article features, to share all that they have learned from their experiences.  Feel free to reach out to us with opportunities!
