We wouldn’t be surprised to one day find Cathleen running with the bulls…Cat (not “Cathy!”) eagerly takes on any challenge and remains ready to assist our clients with anything and everything.

Cat holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Marketing. This, along with working as a process and change management consultant at Accenture and heading the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Association, has proven her more than worthy of managing Monument’s workflow system, optimizing our processes to ensure efficiency and creating an easy and enjoyable “Monument Experience” for our clients.

If Cathleen did run with the bulls one day, she would absolutely win… she’s a Crossfit champ, runs every morning and often competes in the Army Ten Miler, George Washington Parkway Classic, and various Ragnar Relays. You’ll also find Cathleen shuttling around and caring for her family of five humans, two dogs, two cats, and various fish.
