Monument Honored As Great Place to Work Through CARE Awards
Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) selects Monument Wealth Management as a leader in family-friendly policies, employee engagement and community impact to receive its Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Awards.
For 24 years, the Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Awards, presented by Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS), have provided insight into employees and programs, offered a forum for innovative thinking and driven strategic changes in the workplace. This year, Monument Wealth Management will be honored as a responsive employer for its outstanding employee engagement and culture, progressive family-friendly policies and deep community impact.

CARE Award winners are selected based on their performance in the categories of flexible work arrangements, dependent care, work/family stress management, and benefits and community involvement.

Awards will be presented to these companies at the 24th Annual CARE Awards Breakfast, held this year on Friday, Nov. 18, at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park. In addition to breakfast, the event includes the opportunity to hear from local executives on family-friendly workplace policies.
