Jessica Gibbs, CFP® and Emily Harper, CFP® are Vice Presidents and Partners at Monument Wealth, guiding clients through complex financial lives with clarity, creativity, and a focus on long-term impact. Jessica specializes in estate planning and philanthropic strategy, while Emily focuses on tax planning, stock-based compensation, and simplifying financial complexity. When they’re not helping clients, Jessica enjoys family time at the playground, and Emily is busy planning her next trip or laughing at the antics of her chocolate labs, Rory and Rosy.
