This Organizational Communications graduate from James Madison University has a minor in Spanish and loves to travel the world. She never expected to find herself working with a bunch of boring Financial Advisors… and never will. Brittany saw something different in Monument – a sense of innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, mentorship, growth – all things inspirational that have kept her here, finding excitement in each day, since 2011.

Keeping clients and the public informed on important financial topics and representing Monument through public relations, events and our online presence, Brittany continues to develop the Monument brand in the D.C. area and beyond. Brittany also took ownership of her other “Monument passions” over the years, becoming Hubspot Certified, Salesforce Certified, presenting on Salesforce optimization at a national Barron’s conference and running our year-round internship program.

Aside from fostering the firm’s transparent, candid communication and striving to change the financial industry for the better, Brittany enjoys live music, delicious food, being outdoors and spending time with her family. A volunteer enthusiast, Brittany spends a considerable amount of time working with various organizations to help alleviate poverty and protect those considered most vulnerable around our area and the world.

    Was International Rescue Committee’s “GenR” D.C. Chapter’s Membership Chair from 2017-2020. In 2021, Brittany led the chapter’s rebrand and launch as they split off to become their own group, IRC Alliance, supporting International Rescue Committee and our refugee and asylee neighbors through advocacy, fundraising, volunteering and educational events.
