Cathleen joined Monument’s Client Service Team at the start of 2015, eager to help support our clients. Cathleen primarily works with Cecelia Gilliam on client questions and transactions, manages Monument’s meeting schedule, and assists with the client on-boarding process.

A native of the D.C. metro area, Cathleen graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in MIS and Marketing. Cathleen began her career as a process and change management consultant at Accenture.  Later, she headed the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Association. Throughout her career, Cathleen has also done extensive volunteer work with Alexandria nonprofits and with her children’s schools. When Cathleen is not at work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, running, Crossfit, knitting, playing piano, and walking her sweet lab, Charlie.
